The city’s investment policy focusing on:

  • project management

Housing policy with a focus on:

  • setting up the concept of urban housing
    • control and rules for setting up the allocation of flats owned by the city
    • Concept of social housing provision

Economic policy, with a focus on:

  • economic use of the city’s development sites
  • preparation and cooperation in the development of the city’s investment outlook
  • cooperation in the development of the city’s economic activity budget
  • commercial and economic activities of investors in the city
  • fulfilment of the tasks of the founder of contributory organisations
  • communication with entrepreneurs and creating conditions for the development of the business sphere
  • PPP projects
  • overseeing the city’s infrastructure projects
  • supervision of organisations in which the city is the founder
  • the principle of a 50 % share of funding in infrastructure
  • negotiations with landowners

Healthcare with a focus on:

  • coordination of cooperation with the hospital
  • defining the city’s responsibility for the specific provision of health care and care for at-risk populations
  • provision of first aid, dental services and a network of pharmacies
  • activities of municipal health facilities
  • cooperation with non-state health care facilities, companies and foundations that provide health care services to city residents

Anti-corruption measures focusing on:

  • compliance with the Conflict of Interest Act by the City authorities
  • coordinating the preparation and implementation of anti-corruption policy within the scope of the city authorities
  • coordinating the transparency of the Authority
  • coordination and control of the handling of complaints addressed to the city authorities pointing out possible corrupt behaviour

Public administration with a focus on:

  • setting up and managing processes within the office
  • methodical guidance of municipal employees in the performance of public administration (in cooperation with the municipal secretary)
  • employee motivation
  • control of the tasks of the Authority and the performance of state administration
