City subsidies from the Operation 2019 programme distributed
On 12. 9. 2018, the Municipal Assembly of Říčany approved the PROVOZ programme for the provision of subsidies from the budget of the town of Říčany for the year 2019 under resolution number 18-07-019, the allocation was set at CZK 3,500,000.
In 2019, 38 organisations applied for operating subsidies totalling CZK 4 190 000. The distribution of subsidies was discussed by the council at its meeting on 10. April 2019. It adopted a resolution to increase the funds in the programme budget from the grant fund reserve by CZK 105,000. The subsequent resolution approved the distribution of funds to 36 organisations that met the conditions and criteria of the Operation 2019 programme, totalling CZK 3,603,105. The subsidy was not awarded to 2 organisations where the public administration audit failed to prove that the basic criteria for the allocation of the subsidy amount were met, and in the case of 3 organisations where the public administration audit found a mistake consisting in the incorrectly stated number of active members in the affidavit of the subsidy application, 50% of the subsidy was awarded, which corresponds to the actual number of members of the organisation. All subsidy requests were reduced by a coefficient of 0.957 due to the budget deficit.
