Bring your ID or passport to prove your identity. An extract from the RT can also be issued to foreigners who have a long-term or permanent residence permit and have been assigned a birth number.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If someone applies for an extract from the RT on behalf, he\/she must also provide a certified authorisation to do so (power of attorney) and his\/her identity.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"
