A very important piece of information is where and when the driver is obliged to report. In \u0158\u00ed\u010dany it is at:  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Municipal Police of \u0158\u00ed\u010dany, Komensk\u00e9ho n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed 1619\/3, \u0158\u00ed\u010dany<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The deadline is<strong> within 5 days<\/strong> of the offence. If the ticket &#8211; part of the VOPP &#8211; is damaged or you have lost it, nothing happens, a second part of the VOPP can be found at the duty station, which the officer hands over for registration, on the basis of which the incident is resolved. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>How can the offence be resolved?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The offence can be resolved on the spot by agreement, in the injunction procedure by imposing a fine of up to CZK 2,000, or by reporting the offence to the competent authority whose jurisdiction includes the hearing, if there is a reason to do so &#8211; for example, you do not agree with the offence.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>What if the driver doesn&#8217;t show up?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Drivers who fail to appear at the VOPP on the date of the hearing ( punishment ) will not escape. The unresolved offence is reported for further proceedings to the competent authority, which is responsible for dealing with it (Municipal Office \u0158\u00ed\u010dany &#8211; Legal Department &#8211; Offence Department). <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Can I solve the offence over the phone?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The offence can only be resolved in person, no other option is allowed.
