He is appointed and removed by the Mayor with the prior approval of the County Manager. He\/she is superior to all employees assigned to the municipal office and performs the function of the statutory body of the employer according to special legal regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The secretary of the municipal authority may not hold positions in political parties and political movements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>According to the law further:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It performs tasks assigned to it by the city council, the city council or the mayor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It performs tasks within the delegated competence of the city resulting from special laws.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determine, according to special regulations, the salaries of the city employees assigned to the city office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It issues internal directives and other standards as management tools for the municipal authority.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It coordinates and controls the activities of the employees of the municipal office, monitors the professional level of subordinate employees and discusses with them the method of improving their qualifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is accountable to the mayor for its activities in the area of independent competence and delegated competence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Secretary of the City Council attends meetings of the City Council and the City Council with an advisory vote and the right to make motions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column person is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-thumbnail-people rounded\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ricany.cz\/wp-content\/smush-webp\/2023\/09\/tajemnik-400x400.jpg.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-83189\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ricany.cz\/wp-content\/smush-webp\/2023\/09\/tajemnik-400x400.jpg.webp 400w, https:\/\/www.ricany.cz\/wp-content\/smush-webp\/2023\/09\/tajemnik-150x150.jpg.webp 150w, https:\/\/www.ricany.cz\/wp-content\/smush-webp\/2023\/09\/tajemnik-200x200.jpg.webp 200w, https:\/\/www.ricany.cz\/wp-content\/smush-webp\/2023\/09\/tajemnik-800x800.jpg.webp 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Mgr.
