class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>setting up the concept of urban housing\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>control and rules for setting up the allocation of flats owned by the city<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Concept of social housing provision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Economic policy, with a focus on:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>economic use of the city&#8217;s development sites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preparation and cooperation in the development of the city&#8217;s investment outlook<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cooperation in the development of the city&#8217;s economic activity budget<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>commercial and economic activities of investors in the city<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fulfilment of the tasks of the founder of contributory organisations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communication with entrepreneurs and creating conditions for the development of the business sphere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PPP projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>overseeing the city&#8217;s infrastructure projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>supervision of organisations in which the city is the founder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the principle of a 50 % share of funding in infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>negotiations with landowners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Healthcare with a focus on:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>coordination of cooperation with the hospital<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>defining the city&#8217;s responsibility for the specific provision of health care and care for at-risk populations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provision of first aid, dental services and a network of pharmacies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>activities of municipal health facilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cooperation with non-state health care facilities, companies and foundations that provide health care services to city residents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Anti-corruption measures focusing on:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>compliance with the Conflict of Interest Act by the City authorities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>coordinating the preparation and implementation of anti-corruption policy within the scope of the city authorities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>coordinating the transparency of the Authority<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>coordination and control of the handling of complaints addressed to the city authorities pointing out possible corrupt behaviour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Public administration with a focus on:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>setting up and managing processes within the office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>methodical guidance of municipal employees in the performance of public administration (in cooperation with the municipal secretary)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>employee motivation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>control of the tasks of the Authority and the
